Project pricing varies depending on the complexity and scope of the website. Pricing ranges displayed on this website are estimates and may vary depending on customization and project requirements.
To begin a website project, a 50% deposit is required before any design or development work begins. This deposit secures your project in our schedule and allows WebXDesign Studio to begin work.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project and before the website is delivered or launched.
The initial deposit secures your project schedule and covers time spent planning and beginning the design process. Because of this, the deposit is non-refundable once work has started.
If a client chooses to cancel the project after work has begun, payments made up to that point are non-refundable. Any work completed beyond the deposit may require additional payment depending on the progress of the project.
Each project is based on the scope discussed before work begins. If additional features, pages, or design changes are requested outside the agreed scope, they may require additional time and additional fees.
Any major changes to the project scope will be discussed and agreed upon before additional work begins.
Some projects may include free website hosting through Vercel. This hosting option allows websites to be deployed quickly and securely without monthly hosting fees.
If a client wishes to use a custom domain name such as .com, .org, .net, or other domain extensions, domain registration and hosting services may require additional setup.
In these cases:
WebXDesign Studio can assist with connecting the domain and configuring hosting, but third-party hosting providers operate independently and maintain their own pricing and policies.
A complimentary basic logo design may be provided upon request for certain projects. This logo is intended for use with the website and basic branding purposes.
More complex branding or logo design services may require additional design work.
Reasonable revisions are included during the design process to help ensure the final website reflects the client’s vision and goals.
Excessive revisions or major redesign requests beyond the original project scope may require additional discussion.
Upon completion of the project and full payment, the client receives ownership of the website created specifically for their project.
WebXDesign Studio retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, case studies, marketing materials, and promotional content unless the client requests otherwise.
Websites may integrate with third-party services such as hosting providers, analytics tools, payment platforms, or other external services. These services operate under their own terms and policies.
WebXDesign Studio is not responsible for issues, interruptions, or changes caused by third-party providers.
